Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests for desktop software products.
Help maintain and improve a robust and scalable automation framework.
Create and execute regression, performance, and workflow tests.
Create and maintain multiple automation test environments.
Analyze and understand product requirements.
Communicate with certification, development, and product management colleagues.
Perform validation and failure analysis.
Defect reporting, tracking and analysis.
Verify\validate customer reported issues.
Requires sitting work on a computer.
What You Bring to The Team / Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:
B.E./M.E./B.S./M.S Computers/IT with 4+ years of experience in Software testing/Automation.
Experience designing, developing, and executing reusable/maintainable automated scripts.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of automated test (or traditional) programming languages and technologies (TestComplete preferred).
Understanding of functional testing and quality assurance processes.
You are highly motivated and able to learn/adapt quickly to new technologies.
You enjoy working on challenging/interesting assignments alongside bright, passionate, motivated team members.
You can manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Experience with DevOps and CI/CT/CD pipeline a plus.
Experience with CAD or GIS based software a plus.
The role requires communication with managers, peers, and other colleagues in person, and through Microsoft Teams chat, voice, and meeting functions.
This role requires presence at a Bentley Pune office & does not require travel.
