Software Quality Analyst (mid level) will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of the ProjectWise service integration products.
As part of the team, you will participate in end-to-end development process from concept to feature implementation.
You will work to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.
Once familiar with the product, you will work on running and creating new automation regression tests.
Responsibilities:
Understand and analyze product requirements, communicate with dev and product management teams
Develop test design of user scenarios, test cases and checklists
Prepare test environments, execute manual functional and non-functional testing
Detect, resolve, document and report bugs and errors encountered
Collect comprehensive and relevant data for problem investigation
Execute and create new automation tests
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies and techniques
A minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering or Mathematics
At least 4 years of commercial knowledge and experience testing software solutions
A problem solver who can take a business and an operational view to finding solutions to complex problems
Ability to work outside of testing principles i.e. able to create test cases and plans without proper requirements or acceptance criteria
Familiar with bug tracking processes and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with minimal supervision
Desirable:
Working with and testing Cloud-based/SaaS applications
Experience with Microsostation/AutoCAD/Revit platform is strongly preferred.
Working with Microsoft SQL database
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
