Must have 4-7 years of experience as Software quality assurance analyst.
Need a high level of technical expertise, combined with excellent planning, coordination and communication skills, and the ability to work with teams.
The role involves understanding Applications and being aware of Sanity/Integration testing for End to End dataflow.
Should be good in Verifying logs, debugging issues and SWAT calls.
The candidate should be aware of ITSM Tools and experience in deployment activities is an added advantage.
Provide day-to-day guidance to assigned team members and help them in maintaining the SLA.
Defect Aging to be monitored to avoid missing SLA and delay in Resolution.
Setting up priority of activity for the team, based on impact to avoid Escalations.
Able to independently perform Initial analysis and SWAT with DevOps on escalated issues.
Provide coaching to team members for performance improvement and adherence to workflow processes and policies
Serve as subject matter expert on Application design, Functions and integrations.
Work with the technical and development team to resolve identified issues in a timely manner.
Review documented Playbooks/Runbooks for accuracy and assist in end user training and support
Participate in design sessions and standup meetings to understand requirement and readiness for Release Testing.
Report on project progress, Identify potential risks and issues and notify stakeholders.
Define and document business processes and team guidelines for best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve errors identified during processing of defects and at the same time use data for reporting.
Escalating issues to reduce risk of potential blockers for QA testing.
Develop and improve reporting with constructive feedback from SteerCo meetings.
