In this role as a TOSCA Automation QA Engineer, you will be part of our Quality Management Team, responsible for all Automation testing and documentation for all the new changes and enhancements. You will work closely with the business group scrum team and assist the IT teams ( BAs, Technical & functional teams ) in testing & documentation for all the changes and enhancements. You will be responsible for maintaining the Automation regression suite and keeping it up to date. You will be responsible for working with the IT team and the test Functional team to maintain the automation scripts and keep them up to date. At the same time, you will work with the functional team to build a new automation script which is been finalized scope for automation.
You will be responsible for the TOSCA Automation primarily with new script development and with respect to the application ( ERP /Non-ERP) and any changes and enhancements as an Automation engineer.
To prepare Regression test cases in Tosca for the release base.
Developing, Execution automation scripts, and analyzing the result using Tosca.
Very Good hands-on Experience in Tosca Commander.
Good exposure to Exception Handling in Tosca.
Good exposure to Action modes like Verify, Constraint, Wait ON and Buffer in Tosca.
Hands-on Experience with various application (ERP/Non-ERP) Objects Identification in Tosca.
Hands-on Experience in Creating the scripts in Tosca using Libraries, Synchronization,
Recovery Scenarios, Cleanup Scenarios, and Test Configuration Parameters.
Developed the Tosca scripts using a Modular Framework.
Hands-on Experience in running the scripts in Scratch Book and Execution lists.
Reviewed, executed, and maintained the Tosca Automation Test scripts.
Logging defects and managing the defect triage with the development team and handling the defect lifecycle using test management tools such as ALM.
Hands Experience with test management tools like (HP ALM, JIRA, and Jenkins) Any other added advantage
Resolving the issues and updating the issues the team leaders effectively
Qualifications -
A minimum of 6 years of IT experience and 4 Years relevant in TOSCA automation working in SAP and Web applications
Strong communication skills to be able to drive meetings and clearly communicate to IT and business stakeholders
Strong reporting skills using dashboards and test management tools
SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) preferred
Ability to travel to at a short notice
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MTech. from an accredited college/university is preferred
TOSCA Certifications Preferable:
AS1,AS2,SAP,AI etc.
