Software Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible to lead the enterprise test services run by Productivity CoE. He/she should have manual and automation test expertise in enterprise-level testing covering office 365 components, Windows upgrades, security testing, authentication, and authorization testing. Should have good exposure to mobile and non-mobile estate.
Has an executional role in design and development projects and acts as an expert tester who designs test scripts and provides overall project guidance and planning support.
Advises internally on solving functional and technical problems regarding the assigned applications and Infrastructure.
Experience managing senior stakeholders (Project/ Portfolio managers and advisors) and managing vendors.
Key Skills
Identifying the right test scenarios for Enterprise Testing.
Used different types of virtual devices(Emulator & Simulator) and real devices for Test cases Validation
Should have exposure to write test strategy for standalone apps and for enterprise
The candidate should have written test cases and reported in presentable format to the stake holders
Have the basic understanding of Microsoft application, Citrix and Mobile Application testing.
Work collaboratively with Test Manager / Business Analysts in project to assess test scenarios and provide test requirements based on risk-based testing methodology.
Ability to embed change effectively in an organization.
Experience in working in a global project/organization.
Experience in different methodologies of SDLC like waterfall, agile, CI/CD, DevOps
What we need from You?
An Enterprise Test Lead, having 6+ years of experience in Mobile Test (Android and iOS), MacBook Testing , Desktop Testing.
Collaborate with Management to strategize & align long term solutions for automation and manual testing including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.
Min 2+ years’ experience in Apps Automation.
Coding experience with JAVA and strong understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and Programming Experience.
