Candidate should have prior E-Commerce domain experience (will add an advantage).
Working experience in Automation testing would add an advantage.
Very Good exposure to complete testing life cycle from Requirement Analysis, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Environment Setup, Test Execution, Test Cycle Closure.
Excellent in Test Execution Manual, Analysis of logs, generating Test reports, Defect reporting and Tracking.
Hands-on lead and mentoring capabilities to guide QA team members.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compliance with Information Security requirements and Quality Requirements.
Expertise in designing and developing Test plans, Test Cases, RTM and decision driven test management.
Thrive on solving complex technical problems with good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases and test execution.
Experience in managing test environments and maintaining test data.
Should be able to manage and train to junior resources. Should be helping hand to team leads.
Demonstrated innovation/ accomplishments with specific products in the marketplace.
Demonstrated proficiency in SDLC best practices.
Deep understanding of agile methodologies.
Smoke Testing, Regression Testing, System Testing. Read QA SOP and follow it all time.
