Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project.
Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery.
Establishing QA processes and procedures and then overseeing the testing and also involve in the testing of the product.
Deploy and manage test frameworks.
Implement and record QA metrics.
Manage and select QA tools & processes.
Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the product and report it to the engineering team.
Ability to approach a problem creatively and solve the problems.
Prepare, review and maintain test cases.
Involve in agile ceremonies and work as an integrated QE for one or more squads.
Prepare and execute automated test cases/scripts. Provide test execution reports.
A good team player with positive attitude.
Experience in Airline / airline staff travel domain (Nice to have).
