Job Description

Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of IT experience in a relevant role
Significant experience working in a large organisation, preferably retail
Experience in working with Agile frameworks and tracking of test cases and defects using JIRA and other test management software like Zephyr etc.
Ability to document and troubleshoot
Experience in developing automated test cases using automation tools like Selenium, mobile tests using Appium or Robotium
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities/Technology Used:

TECHNICAL
Required excellent knowledge of Software test life cycle (STLC) in an Agile environment
Can select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation; e.g., data-driven testing
Experience integrating automation testing frameworks into CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI etc, enabling quick developer feedback. Provides high confidence allowing frequent deployments
Work with the Development team to capture and reuse automated Unit Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and other Development test objects
Must have knowledge and experience around source control management tools like GIT/BitBucket
Experience with JavaScript and Node.JS applications and microservice based architectures
Experience with AWS platform services and Lambda-based application deployments, tools for mocking related services
Performing functional, business process and regression testing (both manual and automated)
