The ideal person for our team will be experienced in customer deployments / projects and committed to delivering excellent work with excellent people. You will have :
• relevant Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent degree
• Experience in API testing field for at least 5 years and above.
• Experience in understanding of telecommunications environments, in particular within the Policy, Charging and Mediation domains , as is broader knowledge of the BSS/OSS environment.
• Proven Track record that you able to work indenpendently & managing test effort in a project size consist of 5 -10 resources (Not limited to QA resources).
• Experience in leading /mentoring junior QA.
• Practical experience in the test definition and test execution of end-to-end Solutions.
• Experience in supporting customer acceptance test or relevant experience.
• Experience in a variety of technologies and test tooling, automated build and test systems is also essential, as is an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Experience in providing RCA (Root cause analysis)
• A proven track record of full project testing to customers, (review & understand requirement , execute and document the test plan and test strategy for each of the test phases; Able to analyse the Test Results and gather the required data for investigation)
• Able to articulate a technical discussion with customer.
• Proven track record have excellent analytical, communication (both oral and written) and organizational skills and the ability to run multiple tasks at a given time.
• Content of industry experience and ability to clearly describe technical content.
• Previous experience usage of UNIX environment and Test Tool such as Selenium/Karate and JMeter.
• Previous experience in different test management system (Testlink, ALM) & defect system (Jira)
• Experience working in an agile development environment and experience with Kanban/sprint.
• Any scripting experience (shell/perl/java script) and knowledge of REST,XML, SOAP, Diameter, and other TCP/IP protocols is strongly desirable.
We would love it if: -
• You are familiar with cloud native environment and building DevOps/CICD pipelines – incorporating technologies like Docker and Kubernetes;
• You have experience in performance testing and exploratory test.
• You have at least ISTQB CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) & above
