Responsibilities
5-6 years of hands-on experience in application testing
1-2 years in Agile methodology
Minimum of 4-5 years hands-on experience in selenium test automation
1-2 years in Manual testing
Understanding the requirement documents, Develop, Execute and Maintain Test cases to
Perform Functional testing
Perform Integration testing
Perform Regression testing
Define testing KPI’s and prepare the testing reports after each sprint cycle
Follow standard quality industry process to improve the overall testing process
Plan and introduce the test automation in the applicable work area.
Identifying and selecting the automation test cases
Configuring Selenium Test Environment (STE) in order to set it up.
Build automation framework from starch and suggest for any best practices needed.
Automating the tests with reusable functions and a code with parameterization rules.
Maintain the regression automated suite and include in automated CI CD pipeline.
Coming up with exact solutions for problems related to object identity and error handling.
Collating and monitoring the defect management process.
Interacting with customers/clients to solve the various issues they face and updating on the situation.
Good Understanding of REST API types (GET, PUT, POST, DELETE) an it's working
Good understanding of HTTP, JSON protocol and syntax
Hands-on experience in POSTMAN
Technical Skill
Expertise in following Technical areas is MUST.
Strong working experience in JIRA (Traceability, Test case design, Test set creation, Execution & test planning)
Experience in API testing using postman or any related tool
Mobile testing & experience Automation Tool – APPIUM
Programming language – Java/Python
Expertise in following areas is good to have.
Knowledge in Performance testing
CI/CD integration experience – Preferably Azure DevOps
Other Skill
Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skill
In-depth understanding of SDLC & SDTC life Cycle
Experience in Agile Product Development methodology
Experience in Automotive domain knowledge in Sales and Aftersales is good to have.
