Responsibility:
High Quality Releases: No deviations from the planned delivery timelines. Meet the deadlines with no slippage
Communicate effectively and work closely with others, i.e. Project Managers, Developers and other testers from the same or across teams and Business owners, etc., when issues/questions arise
To assure that the changes we release to our production environment with the usability and functionality is aligned with Business and clients’ expectations
Ability to execute complex tasks with high quality and minimal handholding.
Follow up on issues/tasks, handle multiple tasks and cross teams’ tasks effectively.
Experience with design and development of manual test cases/test suite based upon functional and design specifications.
Responsible for ensuring that regression suite is updated and handover given to RTE team, for the work being done on the team
Mandate:
Should have 2-8 years of experience.
Strong test analysis skills (both functional and non-functional tests)
Experience with database schemas and querying tools (i.e., SQL)
Experience with Performance Testing of complex systems
Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Regression Testing, STLC
Should have experience in creation & execution of Test Cases/Scenarios out of requirements.
Agile methodologies
Good to have:
Working experience in Capital Market Domain and knowledge of Trade Life Cycle.
Testing with Investment banking domain background and having some automation experience.
Automation analysis/ trouble shooting and making automation up and running
Continuously learn more about the product, platform and domain
