We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Engineer with expertise in Salesforce and COPADO Automation Testing to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will bring a proactive mindset and a thorough understanding of testing methodologies, excelling in both manual and automation environments while effectively collaborating with clients and internal teams under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
Conduct manual and automation tests specific to the Salesforce CPQ solution
Gather and track QA metrics and statistics for client reporting
Participate in collaborative meetings with clients and development teams to align on testing goals
Provide relevant feedback to the client-side team by engaging directly with their requirements
Advocate for high-quality standards by confidently defending testing-related decisions
Handle regression testing processes to ensure smooth iteration of updates
Address complex and non-standard test case scenarios with a product/start-up mindset

Requirements
3-6 years of experience in software testing, with expertise in Salesforce and COPADO Automation Testing
Strong background in both manual and automation testing environments
Capability to work independently while fostering teamwork in a collaborative setting
Familiarity with managing tight deadlines and complex test environments effectively
Proficiency in reporting QA metrics and interacting with clients on requirements
