Be responsible for the software quality of the system, actively work to automate the test whenever required.
Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures and executing tests on source code/builds.
Analyzing test results and reporting to the development team.
Working with cross-functional teams for ensuring quality throughout the SDLC and Flexibility and ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate will be responsible for Manual, Functional and other types of Testing and reviewing requirements, creating, executing and documenting tests cases
Implement, execute, support, and deliver accurate test results in a timely manner. Report and track bugs in Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with members of global teams involved in the projects.
Troubleshoot and debug errors to identify the root cause and coordinate with respective teams for fixing and re-testing.
Assist in test case writing for automation suite and execution of automated test suite.
Candidate should be willing to contribute to the automation development of testing projects. This will form approx. 15-25% of the overall profile.
Flexible to learn new process/technologies as per the team needs & expansion.
Your background
Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Software engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Solid software testing experience (minimum 3 years working in a software team preferably using an agile process like SCRUM).
Focus is fully on the desktop application automation and will be main responsibility.
Solid knowledge of C#, .NET is a plus.
Good knowledge and experience with QA methodologies and best practices.
