• 6+ years of overall experience and 1+ years in managing and driving QA (Manual & Automation) at team level
• Good work experience on different testing techniques and test methods including automation testing.
• Good experience in providing technical leadership for manual and automation testing.
• Demonstrated skill in using testing standards and being an active participant in test plan, test strategy reviews.
• Expert in automation frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, Selenium
• UI and/or API level test automation expertise.
• He/she should be master’s in modern testing techniques, test methodologies and tools, including automation.
• Experience with both mobile and web service technologies.
• Experienced in implementing testing and QA frameworks in Mobile and Web Applications’ domain using Agile methodologies.
• Thorough understanding and hands on experience in developing, enhancing automation testing frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
• Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, performance tuning is a definite plus.
• Should have good expertise in automating the Web applications using Open Source tools like Selenium IDE/Grid, WebDriver and Experience in automating test cases using TestNG, Junit.
• Expert in working in different Testing Methodologies like Agile, Agile –Scrum Model, Agile -Kanban.
