Work closely with test lead and development team to and implement test tools, infrastructure and automation and improve the Build/Release process
Critically look at new requirements by asking question such as ‘what is the worst that can go wrong in this feature and what will make a user truly happy when using this feature‘
Write test specs, create test cases and develop test automation to meet the quality gates and release requirements
Exploratory testing (ET) of new software: you will define your missions based on the requirements, product documentation, your team and you will run ET sessions in which you go to the deepest ends
Build automated tests using our own software products, using tools that we build ourselves and you will assist developers in creating excellent unit tests
Work closely with developers to help with the creation of unit tests
You will add value to the team and with your team grow in achieving unique and outstanding performances
Core Skills
Background in testing responsive data driven web applications, manual, screen testing
Expertise in web application test automation framework design, development and implementation using Selenium.
Expertise in test automation methodologies with Agile development environment.
Regression testing using both manual and automation testing
Expertise in Java based test automation frameworks, TestNG, a plus.
Experience in testing web applications across multiple devices/browsers (e.g. mobile devices)
A good understanding of different software testing techniques and when to apply them
Experience with one or more web testing frameworks such as Selenium
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to have skills
Experience using automated test frameworks (NUnit, XUnit, JUnit, MSTest)
Experience with distributed source control systems including merging branches
