Job Description

Test Analyst - Automation is responsible for Test Delivery of various programs including defining test strategy, automation approach, day to day test progress management.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 07-10 years’ experience relevant work experience, including development and/or test automation experience with a Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferably in Computer Science, IT
Define Test plan / Strategy & Risk management for multiple projects / programs
As full stack tester and automation tester, should have experience of working across all application layers and is familiar of the functionalities.
Test automation strategy implementation.
Expertise in  DevOps- CI/CD. Expertise in test automation (functional and unit/integration level - tools like junit, TestNG, Webdriver, SOAPUI, Selenium, Cucumber etc,)
Strong hands on experience Python.
Hands on experience on writing Code / Automated Tests and understand overall automation framework
Strong technical background with detail driven and excellent problem solving abilities
Good at art of questioning and critical thinking
Knowledge of testing terminologies, processes and tools
Should have excellent conflict management skills and generate trust and respect in team
Knowledge on IVR, Contact Centre Applications, Chat Bots will be added advantage
Telephony Cloud Architecture – AWS Connect, Genesys, Avaya
Integration Services (RESTful API, data streams, files)
IVR Self-Service Technologies:
Voice XML
TTS (Text to Speech), ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), NLP (Natural Language Processing)
Cloud Based IVR API design

Skills that will help you in the role:
Expertise in test automation - Java, Python
Expertise in AWS Cloud Infrastructure – Preferred with certification
Expertise in testNG, Cucumber, Gherkin
DevOps Tool set – Git, Nexus. Jenkins/ Team city
Expertise of Database concepts, SQL / advanced SQL
Working Knowledge Unix, Linux - shell scripting
Expertise in test management tools like JIRA, Agile central, HP QC
Expertise of web services including testing methodologies - REST, SOAP
Tools like SOAP UI, Postman etc..

Contact Center Technologies:
ACD (Automatic Call Distributor), Dialer, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), Call Center Agent: Desktop/Soft-Phone integration, WFM (Work Flow Management), Contact Center Reporting/Analytics, Multimedia Omni-Channel Communications,

Architecture concepts like:
