Required Skills:
Expertize on technical solution in test automation and manual testing
Hand-on experience in working on large testing projects
Automation using Selenium (Python) is must, framework designing and maintenance
Strong in API testing, Integration testing, Regression testing, UAT
Worked on cloud migration testing projects both manual and automation testing
Worked on test management tools like ADO, Jira, ALM,
Understanding client requirements and designing test strategy, test plan for customers
Team management ( min 10 -12 testers)
Strong skills to mentor and manage teams of junior and senior test engineers and leading end to end delivery of technical workloads
Worked on performance testing, security testing and penetration testing
Experience in solutioning on continuous testing in DEvOps and DEvSecops
Good to have skills:
Experience in leading Quality initiative for clients
Experienced of using tools like UFT, ALM, ADO, AccelQ,
Knowledge in AWS (Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda, Airflow), Pyspark, Python, Data pipelines using Glue/Airflow/Sagemaker

Ability to speak in business terms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
