Job Responsibilities:
Develop Scalable Automation Framework which would ease Automation script development for Test engineers and increase Test coverage.
Responsible to improvise Code review process to develop Automated test scripts without any bugs
Creating Continuous Pipeline(CI) for all Projects and run Automated test cases to provide fast feedback to Development.
Develop Reusable Test assets that can be used across Test organization
Develop Test Farm connecting to Cloud infrastructure and reduce overall Infrastructure cost
Develop new Test methodologies such as SIL/HIL/VIL.
Mentor & Groom next level Senior Test engineers
Upskill Test engineers in Python Language and increase Automation Landscape to 80:20
Identify industry standard Automation best practices and implement the same in Test organization.
Basic Qualifications:
Min 15+ years of experience of Automation and Testing in Embedded & Telecom technologies
Experience in Developing Automation Frameworks / Reusable Assets / Infrastructure & Tools.
Engineer should have expensive in Python programming
Knowledge on Testing Quality standards
Good English Skills (writing, documenting, conversation)
Has ability to quickly ramp up on the entire system testing perspective.
Preferred Qualifications & Desired Competencies:
Bachelor’s Degree / Masters’s Degree in Engineering,
Have Proven Testing Skills
Python Script Knowledge
Quick learner of System and Architecture
ISTQB certification (Basic or Advanced)
