Design and develop test automation solution using scripts that automatically test the functionality of software and hardware
Design and develop test strategies, test plans and test specifications as per product requirements.
Ensure proper execution of test procedures and automated test suites and scripts against requirements.
Collaborate with development team and verification and validation team to develop test solutions.
Establish continuous integration environment for executing the software build and automated tests.
Required Skills
Must have deep experience in Test Engineering, building test automation tools and frameworks.
Must have proficient knowledge on scripting languages like Python.
Experience in Embedded C / C will be an added advantage.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipeline using Jenkins.
Good to have knowledge on any open source test automation framework.
Good understanding in experience with static code analysis tools, unit testing frameworks.
Knowledge of Agile Software Development processes
Experience with defect tracking/management software like JIRA.
A creative mindset and the ability to approach a problem creatively.
Qualifications
Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
3+ years of experience in testing and automating Software/Embedded solutions.
3+ years of programming experience in Python.
