Automation Engineer with 6-10 Years of experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
QA Testing experience of 6+ years, preferably in Banking Industry and/or Financial Services
Java coding skills, OOP concept knowledge and experience with Java Testing frameworks (e.g. Junit/ TestNG, Maven)
Working experience with Test automation tools and frameworks for web and standalone applications (e.g.: Bounty, Selenium, Test NG, Junit, Cucumber, REST Assure)
Experience working with SQL
Continuous Integration / build systems’ knowledge (e.g. Jenkins, Git)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Experience of using JIRA, ALM Quality Centre (or equivalent tools)
Knowledge on SDLC, Agile, TDD, ATDD, BDD concepts
Non-functional testing experience (e.g., performance, load, stress). Contribution to Open-Source projects plays an equally important role
Knowledge of Reactive Programming paradigm and its ecosystem is a plus
Proficient in DevOps processes i.e. CI/CD Pipelines, Configuration management
Knowledge of container orchestration platform based on the Kubernetes orchestrator for enterprise app development
Strong unit test and debugging skills
