Responsibilities:
Understand Requirements (Stated, Implied, Functional, Non-Functional)
Analyze product design and requirements specifications, and translate them into a detailed, methodical testing strategy
Develop functional automation tests which meets high level of requirement coverage
Develop performance, load and stress tests
Design and improve framework for functional and load tests
Document, report, and track software defects using Jira
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
4 to 5 years of experience in test automation
Experience with writing automated tests (Python and C)
Experience working with legacy code
Base knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Base knowledge of network technology (tcpdump, Wireshark, TCP/IP)
Experience in testing of server applications
Hands-on experience testing in Linux
Excellent communication, collaboration, reporting, analytical, and problem solving skills
