• Should have working experience with exposure to IT Systems with complex business processes, and planning for functional testing, impact analysis of changes, and regression testing
• Need to be well versed with General Insurance Domain (knowledge of Health Insurance - New business, Policy servicing, Claim Settlement etc.)
• Should have knowledge on Insurance Workflow System
• Proficient to create Test Scenarios & Test cases basis of BRD / FSD documentation
• Required to have Product Insurance experience in anyone (Fire, Motor, Vehicle, Travel etc.)
• Should have Core Application Knowledge of GENISYS Configurator / Health Buzz / TCS Bancs / Ebao Tech
• Proficient in creating Requirement Traceability Matrix for Tests designed
• Proficient in Selection of Test cases, rightly suitable for Automation considering automation selection criteria’s
• Need to be proficient in Performing SIT & UAT Test Execution
• Should report Defects & follow up with Developers / BA IT for defect fixation with defect ageing tracking SLA
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills along with strong Logical thinking
• Must be a good learner and self-starter, and also a team player
• Willingness to travel and work at various customer sites
Requirements
• Preferred exposure in Health Insurance/Motor Insurance/ Travel Insurance/Property and Casualty
• Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in core Software testing
• Should be able to prepare scenarios and derive test cases from the same
• Should be proactive in test cases execution, defect discussion, defect logging, risk identification and mitigation
• Knowledge of writing SQL queries, databases and running of basic SQL queries
• Should have hands on experience on Test Management (like Quality Center) and Defect Management tools like (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Education: Any graduate with IT background
