Develop and execute Automation test cases using tools like TestNG, Java and maintain them.
Write and execute test cases for development of new features, change requests or defect fixing based on user stories or business requirements.
Should have contributed to framework development.
Good knowledge of API automation.
Good knowledge of JSON, XML and Unix.
Experience of working with microservices architecture and cloud platforms like AWS is desirable.
Troubleshoot or debug field issues as and when required.
Keep Jira and Confluence updated as per established practices.
Daily health check of environments using Automation suite and catch early bugs in Agile Testing methodology.
Primary Technical Skills - Mandatory
Automation testing (API), TestNG Framework with Java, Functional testing. JSON, XML and UNIX.
Performance testing using JMeter.
Secondary Technical Skills – Good to have
Postman/SOAPUI, Jenkins, Git, Maven, Oracle-SQL, Knowledge of Security Testing, TDD, BDD.
