Capable of understanding the business requirements of the application
Capable of creating the test scenarios and test cases based on the acceptance criteria
Capable of executing the testcases as per the sprint plan
Co-ordinate with the dev team and triage the bugs and help the team to understand the issue and fix
Constant co-ordination with the IATA BPT/UAT team to understand the BPT/UAT issues, give session on the user stories if needed, get clarification on the bugs reported etc. to fast track the bug fixes from BPT/UAT
Capable of mentoring the junior resources
Knowledge in Tosca for Manual and Automation testing will be a addon
