Looking for the person who leads/manages testing team, participate in manual testing of new feature/component, as well as automation script development. This position requires the ability to work under minimal direction in collaboration with a Dev & QA team and delivers quality output.
Responsibilities will include
Plans work and implements utilizing standard engineering and technology principles and established company processes and procedures to complete assignments per established project deadlines.
Provides work estimates; plans and testing work to meet established objectives for project/system quality, reliability and performance.
Analyzes the impact of changes on existing information products or systems and proposes solutions to minimize project/system risk.
Analyzes and resolves problems and provides technical assistance as necessary.
Participates in knowledge/technology transfer initiatives as requested.
Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed
Should have can do attitude and initiative to start and complete the assigned activities.

BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA - Computer
Overall testing experience – 10-12 years
Automation experience – 2-3 years
10-12 years Software Quality Assurance and Software Testing experience.
Plan, design, execute and report software tests.
Analysing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility
Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)
Experience in analysing and understanding Business specifications, testing requirements, and Developing detailed Test plans, Test cases, Test scripts, Test Scenarios.
Must have team handling experience, leadership skills, experience working in dynamic work environment, able to contribute to improvise overall process.
Should be able to communicate/coordinate assertively with all stake holders.
Mentoring, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to junior members of the team.
Must to have 2-3 years’ experience in automation scripting using Selenium(using Java) including creation of test scripts.
Design and development skills in object oriented languages like JAVA and Automation API’s exposure, Selenium etc.(JAVA)
Some knowledge of continuous integration practices. (Jenkins, CI/CD)
Should have at least 1 year of experience in API testing.
Operate independently in a fast paced and demanding work environment where strong organization and multi-tasking skills are required.
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
Should have Knowledge of at least one database management system.
Innovative and Self learner for mentoring and problem resolutions.
Good communication skills.
