We are looking for a Support/test Engineer to join our team! As a testing Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing tests that prove the functional and non-functional requirements of the system.
As a testing, you will be responsible for conducting automated and manual tests to ensure the device created by developers fits its purpose. The job involves working around CAN bus, data loggers and other related technology
Test Support Engineer duties & responsibilities:
Detect faults/bugs/issues in the device and report accordingly.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify a solution to resolve Customer issues.
Reproduce customer environment and test and validate fixes and workaround.
Provide technical support for customers whenever they need help by phone or email, online and on social media.
Answer questions about installation, operation configuration, customization of Influx products.
Experience
1+ years (B.Tech)/1.5+ years (Diploma) in a similar role.
Qualification:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics/Electrical/Instrumentation.
Test Support Engineer Requirements:
Understand the uses and methods of testing.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge about CAN Bus/automotive will be considered as an added advantage.
Team player and Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
