Duties and Responsibilities:
Create test specifications, test plans and detailed test cases based on product requirements, architecture, and design documents
Evaluate and identify the required test automation and test management tools
Provide the estimations for testing activities
Design and develop test automation scripts
Test the software to identify the issues and then document, report, and track the identified issues
Continuously test integration with other components such as API management, RBAC, other key services and applications.
Coordinate with stakeholders (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architect, Developers and DevOps teams) to ensure successful execution of the project
Track and report the quality metrics in compliance with the project plan
Leverage Agile practices to track critical deliverables
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the customer teams, ensuring that authentication is performed efficiently and effectively between platforms.
External customers can also be part of the journey so they will need to be assisted.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of proven work experience in testing software systems and platforms.
Experience software security, OAuth protocol, and data privacy is a big plus
Experience with CI/CD (Git, Github etc.), modern cloud infrastructure (Azure etc.), Terraform
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or JMeter.
Experience with scripting languages such as Shell or Python
Excellent knowledge of API testing, test automation, software testing process and tools (like Postman), preferably on cloud platforms
Hands-on experience with black and white box testing, test automation tools.
Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Should be comfortable with writing well-structured test plans, test specifications and test cases.
Good knowledge of agile methodologies / frameworks – Scrum, Kanban
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
