Experience in all phases of testing
Review and analyze requirements, provide estimates and plan of action
Should be able to understand, write and execute test cases on both functional and non functional scenarios
Test and report bugs, track and document accordingly
Hands-on experience in Web application testing and Mobile application testing in both Android and iOS
Experience in product testing and Banking Applications
Agile/Scrum and logging results, defect reporting using solutions such as JIRA
Communicate progress of testing activities to the Lead/Manager
Should be able to understand the trainings, KT sessions and ability to process them
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and work under pressure
Client facing experience and confidence in communication
Willing to extend working hours or work on weekends only when required
Excellent verbal, written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Logical, Analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team on testing plans, documentation, process and testing execution on multiple development deliverables
Should be able to test multiple applications simultaneously in tight deadlines provided quality is not compromised
SKILLS
5+ years of proven experience in manual testing
Any automation experience is an add on
Experience with MAC environment
Good to have certifications related to Software Testing
