We are looking for a Technical and Functional Test Lead for one of the critical regulatory program in core sub-ledger application, who is able to help handle all aspects of testing.
The candidate must have ability to
Improve overall technical / functional maturity of the team, coverage, implementing governance, establishing technical / functional testing standards and process
Partner and collaborate with PM’s, BA’s and Dev teams to ensure the delivery of suitable, effective and cost efficient techno-functional testing services
Involve in all phases of Front-to-Back testing within CFO
Champion of Shift left testing and automation
The responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
Leadership, governance and automation skills with 11-15 years of overall experience on ETL Tools and automation

Technical Skills:
Good technical knowledge on Oracle/SQL, Informatica, UNIX and Java technologies
JIRA/Confluence
Hands on experience in Functional, Regression and UAT testing; handling ETL, large data loading, data transformation
Proficient skills in testing complex business flows
Good understanding of Functional vs Non Functional testing aspects
Sound knowledge of IT SDLC and CMMI processes
Passion for crafting and implementing test plans
Good knowledge of financial products and trade life cycle
Proficient with Test Planning, Test Case Preparation, Test Execution and Defect Management and hands on experience in handling defect triage calls
Certification in Testing (ISTQB or ISEB) is of advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; numerically proficient
Experience of independently handling end to end delivery of complex projects
Ability to engage with functional authorities from other departments of the banks
Self-motivated and ability to work with little supervision
Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner (written and verbal)
Effective time management – able to work under pressure and meet deadlines for both project related and non-project related tasks
Good teammate and keen on taking new and diverse tasks/assignments
