Overall, 10-12 years testing experience out of which 4+ years’ test lead / test management experience.
Demonstrable experience in effectively managing test services [System Testing (ST), System Integration Testing (SIT), Non-Functional Testing (NFT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Verification Testing (PVT), Test Automation] across all aspects of the SDLC / STLC for business-critical complex systems with 3rd party Software as a Service (SaaS) supplier.
Experience in preparing Test Strategy, Test Plan, Status Reports and Test Summary Report
Experience in System Testing (ST) and System Integration Testing (SIT) - Requirements Understanding, Test Cases Design, Test Cases Execution, Defects Raising and Defects Retesting, SIT Status Reporting
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) management – UAT planning and execution with business users, assisting UAT business users with Test Cases Design and Execution, UAT Defects Triaging, UAT Status Reporting
Hands on experience in using test management tools such as HP ALM Quality Center (QC) or equivalent Jira, OpenProject, Azure TestPlan etc. – Requirements Traceability, Test Plan, Test Lab and Defect Module
Functional understanding and experience of any Time and Attendance (T&A) / Work Force Management solution
Prior testing experience in Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) Time and Attendance (T&A) solution will be plus / nice to have.
Experience in testing in projects following water fall methodology, agile sprint methodology and hybrid methodology.
