You will be responsible of overall project management leading performance testing team.
You will responsible to architect performance testing solution working with relevant team.
You will be responsible to detailed walkthrough of performance testing strategy, approach to customer or multi-vendors team.
You will be responsible for project plan schedule and execution tracking by working with team lead or team directly.
You will be responsible to build professional relationship with customer team.
You will responsible to lead new technologies development and solution building.
You will lead the team to help them resolve technical challenges, lead unit level initiatives to build technical competency to meet the needs of the team or unit
You will promote and instill a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency through out-of-the-box thinking on new technologies for creating new performance testing services.
All you need is...
Bachelor's degree in BE/MCA equivalent.
8 to 13 years of experience in performance testing, engineering role.
Significant proficiency/in-depth experience and core work experience on performance testing project.
Proficient with performance testing tools like LoadRunner(Must) as key experience.
At-least hand-on experience in one of APM tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, HPD).
Knowledge of open source profiling and load test like J-Meter, JMC, Pinpoint is advantage.
Experience on leading mid-large size projects, customer interaction, managing performance test project and delivery plan.
Well versed with application technologies, architecture to define and architect performance testing solution.
Amdocs BSS & OSS product knowledge is advantage.
Known exposure to microservices, Cloud, digital will certainly be advantage.
