Over 9 years of experience in software development and testing, minimum 3 years of hands on experience in Test Management
Experience in project/test management tools (X-ray, Testrail, Jira)
Experience is Continuous Integration Toolchains (Jenkins - Freestyle & Pipeline)
Experience in working under Agile project setup and scrum process
Work experience in Embedded products Testing
Hands-on experience in Python and Matlab scripting
Qualifications
Personality: You can provide excellent structured analytical skills and understanding of physical parameters and cross-system coherences.. Self-starting with influencing and leadership skills. Responsible for test specification, execution, automation and documentation
Experience & Know-How: A very good experience in testing of embedded SW with pythom. Ideally, having further experience on MEMS sensors, FPGA. Furthermore, a familiarity with ASICS, SystemC models and common software tools like python, Continuous Integration and Git,
Languages: We are cooperating with different worldwide locations. Therefore, we expect excellent English skills.
Education: Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
9+ Years of Testing Experience.

Creates holistic project specific V&V strategy which is derived from high level V&V strategy (e.g. product, business unit)
Peer to system architect to make sure system testing needs are taken into account at early stage for a project
Driving organization defined test strategy is implemented in an integration project
Responsible for system and acceptance test plan
Responsible for test specifications and test environment are ready as agreed with project
Responsible for continuous integration setup and maintenance of the same for applicable projects
Resourcing plan for system testing
Acceptance test resourcing agreement with customers
Test execution and reporting test/error status for system level
Compilation of the overall test report from input of all V&V activities (V&V activities on all levels)
Integration and testing risk management
Capable of 1st level of root cause analysis for errors by integration and test is in place inside the project
Advanced knowledge in Testing concepts & Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques
Active partition in customer co-ordination and technical interaction across locations
Ability to work with cross functional teams
Added Advantage: Knowledge in signal processing and data analysis
