Job Description

Automotive Infotainment project experience as Project Manager
Capable of executing Agile projects and SCRUM methodology
Representing SW testing team in customer meetings for deliverable schedule plan discussions.
Preparing monthly project status report and presenting to both internal management as well as customer.
Able to Deep dive with team to resolve obstacles for handling technical issues as required
Have good understanding of the System and Requirements and track complete delivery and release gating
Lead and coordinate and Collaborate with project managers, development team and customers 
Conduct reviews with test leads to necessary standards are being met throughout product development cycles

What You Need:
Need Exp: 10-11 yrs
Able to manage and drive a Team technically around 20 members
Good understanding of Automotive Platform – Embedded Linux, QNX and Infotainment systems/features
Able to motivate and drive the testing team to ensure a quality deliverable
Proven track record of successive positions of increasing responsibility culminating in managing successful launches of OEM IVI projects
Experience has been gained at an Automotive OEM, Tier 1 supplier (head units and/or clusters) or alternately at a Tier 2 software solutions provider delivering automotive in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) systems and related embedded solutions
Engineering degree is required for this position
Experience in Software Quality and process ( e.g., SPICE, CMMI )
Experience with Products Development Life Cycle (Systems, Software)
Knowledge of Requirements Management tools ( e.g., DOORS )
Proven record of taking customer requirements from design to production
Familiarity with development in the embedded environment
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Build a close relationship with the customer at relevant levels.
Be the "Voice of the Customer" within the Harman business unit.
Prepare and manage risk and issue assessment reduction plans and strategies
Execute Change request management – put in place a process and system to manage change requests from the customer to allow traceability and delivery planning.
Motivate and drive team to follow process and have a continuous focus on improvement.
