We expect a suitable candidate to have an extensive experience in the testing field including planning expertise for testing implementations, experience in different testing types and experience in managing testing services in global multivendor environments. In addition we are looking for candidates that are good at problem solving, adapt well in different situations, are excellent communicators (both in verbal and written form), can work well with different types of individuals, have a high working ethic, are creative and have a thirst to learn. An ideal candidate has the needed experience to perform well in this role and also passion to drive testing improvement initiatives forward to the delight of the customer.
In order to be successful in this role a candidate must have the following:
15+ years of testing expertise
Knowledge of industry best practices including standards, tools, and processes
5+ years of experience in Test Management and in leading and managing teams
Experience in managing testing services with close customer and stakeholder collaboration
Experience in working in international environments with stakeholders distributed globally
Manual and technical testing experience including experience on Test Automation and Performance Testing
Understanding of different testing phases, levels and types
A testing certification such as ISTQB
Testing tools experience
TestRail, JIRA & Xray, Azure DevOps Test Plans or any other similar Test Management tool
Experience on the solutions and technologies within the Marketing and Sales Solutions (we do not expect to find a candidate who would have experience on all of these but the more that you know the better it is):
CRM, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Camos, ASP.net MVC, Angular JS, Angular 5, Ionic 3 Framework, JAVA, NodeJs, ReactJs, Typescript in React, SASS and CSS as well as Azure SQL Server, iOS APP using Swift and Android APP using Kotlin
Agile, Lean and DevOps expertise
Experience in working in and managing teams who are following Agile, Lean and DevOps ways of working
Experience in utilizing CI/CD pipelines for testing
Knowledge of release and deployment processes
Excellent communication skills
Must be fluent in English
Training, mentoring and coaching experience
Experience in vendor management for testing services
Right attitude and spirit of accountability
Has the drive to innovate and motivate the team towards lean operation and delivery
Must be able to work independently with all types of persons in a multivendor and multicultural environment
Willing to go the distance when needed
Has perseverance and can handle setbacks and stressful situations
Is happy to train other people in testing
