Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related filed.
Proven working experience in Test delivery or equivalent role with at least 12-15 years relevant experience in business facing Test-manager role in area of Banking and Finance.
Excellent client facing and excellent communication (written and verbal) and stakeholder management skills with prior experience in running war-rooms or test-focused working groups.
Experience in executing and supporting all test phases, knowledge of SQL, ETL, Defect tracking and issue closures.
Strong knowledge on Capital domain. Experience in managing testing for Capital applications will be an advantage.
Ability to write multi-application test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases with expected outcome.
Familiarity with SDLC and strong insights on various testing phases, methodology and tools.
Agile Project Methodology – preferable with experience in automated regression testing.
Experience with waterfall and agile, hybrid agile, DevOps methodologies.
Experience in managing multi-cultural, diverse and virtual teams.
Proactive, self-starter, autonomous and highly organised.
