1.) Experience in Testing domain across the full SDLC in Telco BSS/OSS environments.
2.) Strong QA and testing industry knowledge
3.) Experience with Test Tools HP ALM Quality Centre and project management tools like JIRA and confluence.
4.) Experience of testing Amdocs Billing/Mediation, CRM and / or Online web portals, app testing in a Telco environment.
5.) Experience of testing in all Line of business (LOB) like BillPay, Prepaid and fixed line.
6.) Strong hands-on knowledge for Unix and SQL.
7.) Experience of Functional and non-functional testing including E2E Integration, Regression, Sanity, DVT testing as well.
8.) Experience of managing internal and external leadership expectations in a global environment to ensure delivery meets all stakeholder expectations.
9.) Experience of delivering testing using a variety of test methodologies (waterfall, agile etc.).
10.) Experience working within a matrix-style structure with international teams on-shore and off-shore.
11.) Knowledge of test documents creation like Test Strategy, test plans, test matrix, Defect reports, Status reports and Completion reports.
