Work closely with Management and Software Development teams to develop/validate test scripts, manual and automation
Read and understand detailed technical and business requirements
Execute manual and automated test scripts
Log and manage bugs with Development team
Create test scripts as per workflow and business requirement
Execute functional test cases & support integrated testing cycles
Support UAT testing
Work with developers and BA teams, making sure Business requirements are met
Create and maintain accurate documentation for QA team
Analyze and document requirement and specifications working with other members of teams, team leads, as well as business users/owners
Co-ordinate application and workflow analysis sessions, joint design sessions, and requirement gathering sessions
Provide work estimates to managers and project managers as requested.
Provide on call support
Active participant in process improvements, voices project concerns, impacts
Active participant in best practices
Negotiate approach, effort & delivery time
Responsible to facilitate Internal/external integrated testing
Skills & Experience:
3+ years’ experience collecting requirement, writing test cases & performing testing
2+ years Clinical Applications, HL7, CCD
2+ years integrating systems with third-party service vendors…
2+ years’ experience in writing SQL queries/scripts
3+ years’ experience in HPQC/ALM/Octane
2+ years’ experience in EMR/Integration Engines such as egate, Ensemble, Cloverleaf, etc.
2+ years’ experience in InterSystems Cache, Ensemble and HealthShare
2+ years’ experience in Soap, Rest, API, Webservices
Experience in JIRA
Agile (Safe) Experience
Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Ability to understand impact of new requests or projects to current application interoperability and communicate impact to internal and external teams
Effective Communication and Presentation skills
Experience or has good understanding of Healthcare rules/regulations and workflow for interoperability between Clinical and Financial applications across multi-facility Healthcare settings
Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers
