Required to have-
Bachelor’s Degree with 1.5-6 years of relevant industry experience in Workday HCM
Experience in working Workday project(s)
Hands on domain experience in Workday HR/Benefits/Payroll.
Hands on experience with HCM modules such as Core HR, Benefits Administration, North America Payroll, Absence Mgmt., Time Labor, Self Service Manager and Employee, and Workforce Administration
Understanding of the different QA methodologies and Test levels
Experience with standardized QA Processes.
Experience with QA specific tools - Test Management, Test Execution progress, Defect tracking and triage.
Play an active hands-on role in all aspects of quality assurance, from functional requirements walk-through, reviewing technical designs, creating test plans and testing project
Should have knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
Experience in JIRA would be an added advantage
Be responsible for following through and making sure defects are reported and escalated appropriately
Has ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and minimal supervision
Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, interpersonal communication and project management skills
Strong understanding of different software development life cycles (Agile, waterfall, iterative) and contemporary software quality assurance processes and automated tools.
Ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and produce high quality products
Keeps abreast of current technology trends
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
ISTQB Testing Certifications
Experience working in onsite/offshore model
Working knowledge of test management tools like ALM/ Bugzilla / Jira /Visual Studio Test Manager etc.
Automation using Selenium/any automation tools.
