Job Description

Creation of automated application tests – create and implementation of test cases for automated regression testing as well as integration testing 

Git - Safe handling of Git. Following proper naming conventions and Git Check in/Check out process, proper branching, with successful git pipeline execution. 

Knowledge in usage and handling of Linux-based operating systems  

Experienced with jMeter – good knowledge in bean shell scription to create and perform automated application tests 

Experienced with Selenium – good knowledge in scription language to create and perform UI application tests 

Postman - Safe handling of test script creation using postman  

Creation of test reports  

Sound knowledge of both planning and execution of load tests. Preferably experiences with Gatling  

experienced in integration of full automated testing during application deployment pipeline  

Following AAA Constraints – Authentication; Authorization and Auditability Compliance. 

Collaborate with other team members for defining and implementing of testcases  

Identify and create reusable components from projects, which can be used a accelerators. 

Should be willing to play multiple roles – Ex: Primary Role: Test Specialist; Secondary – 2nd level support. 

Bring in Industry best practices and raise the bar from the base lined Industry Standard. 

Additionally: 

Willing to learn and work on multiple technologies. 

Experience: 

3-8 Years of Prior Experience in Software and Application Testing, building technical solutions to business problems. 

Experience on Git/jMeter/Selenium/Gatling/Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps 

Experience on Agile techniques: TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing 

Experience on Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/TDD) 

Should be able to directly interface with Business Owners and communicate effectively 

Need to work as consultant suggesting what is best for the Customer and the Business and enable our deliveries are inline with faster delivery to Market for the Business. 

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

Be able to drive/display ownership/proactive behavior/ take calculated risks 

Should be able to communicate effectively in English (Oral and Written) across a broad spectrum of cultural differences
