Roles & Responsibilities:
Write high quality test designs for requirements covering all potential test scenarios
Perform test execution, test reporting
Support team lead in test estimation
Perform test setup and other necessary configurations
Ensures all the process steps are followed
Ensures high quality test documents are created
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Analyzing and understanding the Software/Functional Requirements Specification
Ensuring quality by designing test cases for high coverage.
Having basic knowledge on Automation
Identifying and reporting defects
Working with team for the quality and timely deliveries.
Creating Verification/Validation Reports and Trace Matrix based on project needs and adhering to defined Quality Management System.
Desired Skills:
Experience on CI/CD would be added advantage
Good communication and documentation skills
Work experience on systems used in healthcare is a plus
Good understanding of the defect management procedures and tools.
Demonstrated understanding of problem solving techniques.
