Responsibilities:
- Building up and leading the Testing Team to the success of project
- Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release / delivery
- Deploying and managing resources for testing - Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team
- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.
- Skills to efficiently work with subject matter experts to understand rules and relationships about a system's data.
- Experience writing test strategies, test plans, test cases.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you must meet the following:
- Min 6- 8 years of experience on Testing
- Should have strong experience in Automation (Selenium & API Automation)
- Should have team handling experience
- Should work closely with Developers.
- Must be passionate about testing, with a desire to extend existing skill in this area. Have a strong interest in learning the domain and product.
- The Software Test Engineer should be able to INDlaborate and provide continuous support and guidance to others in team
