Basic Qualifications:
Academics: MCA or ME/M.Tech or BE/B.Tech
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Required Skills:
Proven experience working as a QA Engineer or in a similar role, preferably in a product-based company.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
HRT Application domain expertise a plus.
Go Getter attitude & Quick Learner.
Out of the box thinking.
Complete hold on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Must be able to work with Multi Cultural/National teams, prior experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
2. Conduct both manual and automated testing across various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications.
3. Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to identify test requirements and ensure test coverage.
4. Participate in sprint planning, review user stories, and provide input on acceptance criteria from a testing perspective.
5. Perform regression testing to verify that new features and bug fixes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
6. Identify, isolate, document, and track bugs through resolution using issue tracking systems such as JIRA.
7. Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders regarding product quality and performance.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
10. Actively contribute to a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the QA team and across the organization.
