Job Description

We are looking for a QA Tester to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.
In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. The QA tester works with the development team to debug code, correct errors, and troubleshoot any issues with software code.
Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications, and systems work correctly.

Responsibilities:
Understand and Adhere to all Corporate Policies including but not limited to the ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security.
Designing scenarios, test plans, procedures, and scripts. Focuses on a solution-oriented approach and identifies complete end-to-end testing needs involving multiple parts of a product and system.
Writes detailed test strategies and plans, making full use of different test estimation techniques in assessing the best balance of coverage and efficiency for a project. Contributes directly to project estimation efforts. Efficiently analyzing test results and further reporting them to the development team.
Manages the validation test phase including executing scripts, monitoring testers, logging and tracking problems found, and regression testing any changes made to the system.
Able to design and manage automated test approaches for projects and ensure that manual tests are automated using suitable tools and framework for the product.
Proficiently executing tests on source code.
Review and analyze system specifications.
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
Report bugs and errors to development teams.
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience in software testing.
1-3 years of experience as a QA Tester or in a related field.
Experience using web-based and mobile testing frameworks (ex: Selenium WebDriver).
Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., alm octane ) and SQL.
Test automation experience.
Experience in project management and QA methodology.
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience using project tracking software is considered a strong asset (ex: JIRA).
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
Familiarity with the Salesforce CRM tool (basic knowledge) and/or Salesforce CPQ/CLM is a plus.
