Have scripting and programming knowledge in Java, Database, Shell, Performance test tools.
Excellent understanding of OS, DB, Browsers and Network technologies and use them in testing design, test scripting and analysis.
Agile/Scrum development methodology knowledge/experience.
Monitor automation scripts and make sure failure analysis is done regularly.
You have solid organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks and keep projects on schedule.
You have guided quality teams and driven release cycles on agile/scrum-based software development methodologies
What You've Accomplished:
Proficiency in designing and building automation test cases
Partner with internal clients, like Product Managers, to align business goals with implementation results.
10+ years of IT experience in manual testing and on automation frameworks like Selenium, Jenkins, Cucumber etc.
Experience in managing the entire release test plan and driving it end to end
Experience in delivering projects at scale using an Agile/Scrum methodology
Developing and nurturing the culture of high performance and excellence
Collaborated closely with other leaders, scrum masters and product owners
A fast learner and stays up to date on emerging technologies
Passionate about breaking software with strong debugging skills
Good working knowledge of Java, OOPs, Scripting, RDBMS etc.
Well experienced with CI/CD and Release management tools (Eg Jenkins, GIT, Bitbucket etc)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar.
