Job Description

As Lead Engineer 
To define, design and deliver all testing work, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, Regression and support User Acceptance Testing (undertaken by subject matter experts situated within the business). 
Identify Test Automation opportunities, plan the effort, select the tools and ensure training to team. 
Improve and maintain the automation framework.
Document queries and defects and provide adequate data to allow rapid resolution. 
To review testing requirement for change requests, assessing the impact on test plans and schedules. 
Creation of both manual and automated test scripts 
Drive standards and best practices in QA and Testing, champion the adoption of continuous quality improvement through automation.
Lead and mentor the junior team members on both technical & functional skills. Adopt CI CD and focus on automation and continuous testing to support parallel QA activities across multiple initiatives

What will you bring?
10+ years of experience as a quality assurance engineer in the required work area
Previous hands on experience as a Test Lead working with developers, product specialists, Business Analysts, Project Managers, testers and business stakeholders. 
Broad knowledge of software development lifecycle(waterfall/agile) Cloud technologies, functional and non-functional test methodologies.
Experience in writing Automation Scripts using tools like UFT/Selenium/Silktest.
Deep understanding of at least one core product areas of expertise (FXO, IRD, FXMM, Credit or Commodities) 
Prior work experience in any capital market tool like Murex/Calypso/Sumit/BBG application/WSS etc is desirable.
Exposure to implementation of CI CD / Dev Ops Implementation.
Works in collaborative teams to build innovative solutions
Works in a high demanding, challenging and flexible workspace
Implements a culture within the Tribe and the Chapter, encouraging best practices around reviews, quality and documentation
Creates estimates and continuously reviews demand within the individual Squads/teams
