Create, update and execute functional tests
Create, maintain and run automated test suites (Java /Groovy)
Communicate frequently with stakeholders (Client Services and Product Teams) in order to continuously improve the Test suites
Report defects based on "root-cause" analysis
Run performance/benchmark campaigns
Work in agile teams to develop our product and services across the full project life cycle
Contribute and promote best practices in our development cycles using continuous integration
Additional Job Description
Mandatory
A Bachelor's degree from a recognized college/university in STEM - Math, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
Minimum 3 years of experience on automation testing
Knowledge of automation frameworks, Java, Groovy
A general understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used within the software quality assurance field
Ability to understand technical specifications and analyze log files
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with an attention to detail
Passionate and curious about new technologies and methodologies
Ability to work both independently and as part of a global team
Good communication skills with an effective level of English proficiency
Beneficial
Knowledge in financial markets and/or financial technologies (e.g., FIX protocol etc.)
Experience in version control technologies
Experience working on LINUX/UNIX systems
Experience with multi-threaded programming and performance profiling
