A strong individual drive to learn, challenge yourself and grow as part of an experienced global development team.
Minimum 5+ years QA Automation / Data QA experience
Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
Experience with the SDLC including maintenance and Agile methodologies.
Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a broader project team
Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Comfortable working with teams based in differing time zones.
Desirable:
Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation and data validation.
Good to have API testing knowledge.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
Demonstratable Knowledge in C# or Python
Stay updated on industry trends, testing methodologies, and emerging technologies relevant to QA.
ISTQB or equivalent certification
Keen to learn new technologies like AI Tools
Experience working in a financial services organization, preferably with exposure to the insurance industry/insurance broking. Where this directly relevant experience is not available, we will be looking for an ability to rapidly become effective in a new, unfamiliar environment.
