Duties and Responsibilities:
Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of project.
Estimate the time, resources and budget required to perform the testing.
Design and Develop Test Frameworks in Selenium/Java
Develop and Manage Test Strategies, Test Scripts, Test Estimation and Execution
Create and Optimize processes around Automation
Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality
Ensure content and structure of all Testing documents / artifacts is documented and maintained.
Document, implement, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
Check / Review the Test Cases documents. Keep track of the new requirements / change in requirements of the Project.
Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
Qualifications
2+ years of automation testing experience.
Responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a robust and well defined testing automation framework
Hands on experience on test suites for web and mobile applications using selenium, appium, or any similar tools.
Experience in both traditional and agile development environments
Strong Knowledge in Test Management and Bug tracking tools
Experience in karma, protactor, jasmine would be a plus
Strong in one or more scripting languages
Hands on experience in designing automation framework, build tools integration, reporting tools and Continuous Integration
Strong understanding of Core JAVA and OO Concepts is a must
