Responsibilities:
Develop and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation.
Conduct thorough regression testing, performance testing, and system integration testing.
Report and document software defects and track them to resolution.
Continuously enhance and maintain automated test suites to improve efficiency and coverage.
Work closely with developers to identify solutions for fixing defects and improving testability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
1 to 3 years of proven experience in automation testing.
Proficiency in scripting/programming languages to automation tools.
Hands-on experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.
Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a night shift environment and maintain high productivity during those hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
ISTQB or other relevant certifications in software testing.
