Conforming to QA processes, work instructions and standards.
Provide support, training and assistance to others including peer reviews.
Provide prompt escalation of functional, technical and project issues to Management.
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in all that we do.
Makes recommendations and directs improvements to the software development lifecycle process.

Perform Automation Testing in addition to Functional Testing, so testing automation knowhow is MUST.

Skillset:
Automation Testing Experience in Selenium, Cucumber, Appium with Java
Understand and solution complex automation issues, requires out of box thinking.
Professional experience of web software testing
Knowledgeable in software Quality Assurance practices.
An understanding of integration, regression, and acceptance testing methodologies
Knowledge in web applications, including understanding the underlying architectures.
Experience with writing SQL queries
Strong problem-solving skills.
Strong desire to break software in creative but controlled manner.

Various Forms - Form 5500, Form 5300, Form 1099R, 1099-DIV, etc.
Taxation – Withholding Federal, State.
Processes – Contributions, Investment Elections, Fund Transfers, etc.
